A founder-led operating company
Strata is run by one founder working with independent specialists and partners as needed. There is no large employed team, no fund and no portfolio of investments — we create and operate our own activities.
The founder
Evan Laulom is based primarily in Da Nang and works internationally. His background is in full-stack web development, e-commerce, conversion optimisation, automation and digital strategy.
He previously ran Erros Digital Agency in Barcelona.

Strata is the public company brand. Strata HQ OÜ, registered in Estonia, is the legal operator behind it.
Ventures are distinct business and brand activities. They are not necessarily separate legal subsidiaries, and Strata makes no claim of investments, exits or subsidiary ownership.
Working with specialists
When a project needs a skill we do not hold in-house, we work with independent specialists — design, development, content, production. They are collaborators on specific work, not staff.
